These Terms apply only to use of the website fanshon.online. They do not apply to the Fanshon mobile application or to any other separate service we may offer in the future, which will be governed by their own terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of the foregoing beyond personal use without our prior written consent.

When using the Site, you must not:

• Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights
• Submit false information through the contact form, or send spam by automated means
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, or attempt to circumvent its security measures

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute between you and us in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
