Our Story

MEIKYO CO., LTD. was founded in June 2022 in Taito-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

We were born from a simple observation: As globalization expands, more and more people choose to live, work, and study abroad. Yet those far from home often face information asymmetry, cultural barriers, and a lack of local resources.

We believe every foreigner in Japan deserves a community where they can be heard, understood, and supported.

So we built Fanshon — a local life community platform designed specifically for foreigners in Japan.
